Children and Privacy in Capture Policy
At Fair Go Media, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all participants, especially children. Our capture policy is designed to comply with privacy laws and community standards to ensure young athletes are protected while their achievements are celebrated.
Parental Consent & Permissions
We work directly with sporting associations and clubs to ensure all necessary media release forms and parental consents are obtained before any broadcasting or photography involving minors takes place.
Data Handling & Protection
Captured media of children is stored securely and used exclusively for the purposes of promoting community sports, talent identification, and club growth. We do not sell or share personal identifying information of minors to third-party marketers.
Opt-Out Provisions
Families have the right to request the removal of specific content featuring their child. We maintain a clear and responsive process for handling opt-out requests at any stage of our partnership with a community club.
